Numbly provides supported communication services that may include short-term SMS verification numbers, long-term number rentals, travel eSIM plans, wallet funding, account histories and developer tools. Available services may vary by country, provider, inventory and account eligibility.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service where reasonably necessary.

2. Account Registration

Some Numbly services require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.
• Update your information where necessary to keep it accurate.
• Protect your credentials and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify Numbly promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of Services

Certain Numbly services require payment from your Numbly wallet or through a supported payment method. Prices may change and may differ by service, destination, duration, provider availability or market conditions.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where Numbly's service flow expressly provides an automatic balance restoration for an unsuccessful eligible purchase.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Limitation of Liability

Numbly services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability may depend on third-party networks, telecommunications providers, inventory and payment services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numbly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or business opportunity arising from use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numbly, its officers, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services or breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Numbly may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

9. Termination

Numbly may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account breaches these Terms, creates security risk, is used unlawfully or where continued service is not reasonably possible.
